These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Notify Africa platform (“Notify Africa” or “the Service”), owned and operated by iPF Softwares Co. LTD, a company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, accessing our APIs, purchasing credits, or using any part of the Notify Africa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
To access the Service, you must:

Notify Africa provides cloud-based communication services, including:
We may add, update, or discontinue services where necessary. Enterprise Clients may receive expanded services under an MSA.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these restrictions.
By using Notify Africa APIs, you agree to:
We may revoke API access to protect the Platform’s stability.
Notify Africa offers:
All payments are non-refundable, and unused credits do not convert to cash or transferable value. VAT is applied where required by Tanzanian law.
Unpaid invoices or overdue subscriptions may result in account suspension.
Notify Africa provides best-effort message delivery based on operator availability. We do not guarantee:

We may block, filter, or report content when required by law or telecom operators.
Notify Africa stores message metadata and logs for operational and regulatory purposes.
Standard data retention: 90 days (unless otherwise required by law).
Message bodies are only retained as long as operationally necessary. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You may close your account at any time. No refunds will be issued.
Notify Africa, including its software, APIs, dashboards, documentation, and branding, is the property of IPF Softwares Co. LTD.
You may not:
Notify Africa aims for high uptime, but no guarantees are provided under these Terms. Availability guarantees (SLAs) apply only to Enterprise Clients under an MSA.
Notify Africa and IPF Softwares Co. LTD are not liable for:
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of services purchased within the last 30 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Notify Africa and iPF Softwares Co. LTD against any claims arising from:
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Tanzania. (Enterprise Clients may have separate dispute mechanisms under their MSA.)
